What is B&C Specialty Products' return policy?
Items not purchased directly from B&C Specialty Products, Inc. must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Provided the item was purchased directly from B&C Specialty Products, Inc. and is in new and/or unopened condition, a refund will be given on merchandise returned within 90 days.
No refund will be given on custom-made items (such as: SBL,BBS, cables, and any other made-to-order items.)
For batteries in new and/or unopened condition, a refund for the product will be given if returned within 30 days of the invoice.
No refunds will be given beyond 90 days from the invoice date.
What do I need to do to return my merchandise?
Please visit our website (www.bandc.aero) to obtain a RMA form located on the left column of our home page. Complete the form and include it with your shipment back to us. Include your packing slip or a copy of your invoice if possible.

Is there a restocking fee?
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, to help recover the cost of processing a return.
How long does my refund take to process?
Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
